Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup fat-free half-and-half
  • 2 (3-inch) strips orange zest, removed with vegetable peeler
  • 1 1/3 cups chopped bittersweet chocolate or chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon Grand Marnier or Triple Sec
  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 2 cups sliced kiwi fruit
  • 2 cups Clementine segments (about 4 Clementines)

Step 1

Combine half-and-half and orange zest in small saucepan and bring to simmer over medium-high heat. Add chocolate and remove from heat; let stand 1 minute. Whisk until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Discard orange zest; stir in Grand Marnier.

Transfer chocolate mixture to fondue pot with flame under it to keep it warm. Serve with raspberries, kiwifruit, and Clementines.
