Tex-Mex Dip

Ingredients

  • 3 medium avocados
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning
  • 2 10 oz. cans bean dip
  • 8 oz. sharp cheddar, shredded
  • 1 lg bunch green onions, chopped
  • 2 cans sliced black olives
  • tomatoes, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Mash peeled avocados in medium with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Combine sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning. Spread bean dip on shallow platter; top with avocado mixture; layer with sour cream/taco mixture. Sprinkle with onions, tomatoes, black olives and cheese. Refrigerate.
