Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon-pepper spice
- 1 pkg. California blend veges.
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz) diced tomato
- 1/2 c chopped onions
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 pkg. Angel hair pasta
- Parmesan cheese.
Preparation
Step 1
In a skillet, saute shicken in oil, lightly brown salvaging rinkle with seasoning. Add veges, tomatoes, onion, basil and onion powder. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 6-8 minutes untile chicken runs clear and veges are tender.
Cook pasta and drain. Serve with chicken mixture and parmeasan cheese.
