Ingredients
- 10 c frozen corn (about 50 oz), thawed
- 3 pkgs ( 8 oz each) cream cheese, cubed
- 1/2 c 2% milk
- 1/2 c heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 c butter, melted
- 1/4 c sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- Chopped green onions
Preparation
Step 1
In a 5-qt. slow cooker, combine the first 8 ingredients.
Cook, covered on low 4-5 hours or until heated through.
Stir just before serving. Sprinkle with bacon and green onions.
