Creamed Corn with Bacon (Slow Cooker)

Ingredients

  • 10 c frozen corn (about 50 oz), thawed
  • 3 pkgs ( 8 oz each) cream cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 c 2% milk
  • 1/2 c heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 c butter, melted
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
  • Chopped green onions

Preparation

Step 1

In a 5-qt. slow cooker, combine the first 8 ingredients.

Cook, covered on low 4-5 hours or until heated through.

Stir just before serving. Sprinkle with bacon and green onions.
