Basic Egg Salad

Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs, hard boiled and peeled
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. each salt and black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. sweet onion, minced 1/4 cup finely chopped Celery
  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon,(about 2 Tbsp.)

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, onion, salt and pepper in medium bowl.

Chop eggs and combine with mayonnaise mixture. Stir in celery.
