Ingredients
- Prepare 1 9-10 inch pie crust and set aside. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- 2 c. shredded swiss cheese
- 6 slices cooked bacon crumbled
- 2 c. half & half
- 4 eggs slightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp Parmesan
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- dash nutmeg and cayenne pepper

Step 1
Combine bacon and cheese in bottom of crust. Mix together eggs, half & half, cornstarch, salt, nutmeg and pepper and pour over bacon mixture. Drizzle butter on and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
