Ingredients
- Spare ribs
- 1 pkg. sauerkraut
- 3 to 4 potatoes
- 1 onion
- Brown sugar to taste
- Dill flakes to taste
- 1/2 apple (opt)
- Water
Preparation
Step 1
Brown country cut spare ribs slowly until well browned. Place in layers, ribs, sauerkraut, quartered potatoes, sliced onion, brown sugar to taste, apple and dill flakes. Cover and cook slowly on top of stove or in a slow oven. Add more water if needed.
