Sour Cream Salmon Loaf

  • 1 can salmon
  • 1 (8-oz.) ctn. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 2 1/2 c. cornflakes

Preparation

Step 1

Measure cornflakes and crush into crumbs. Drain off 1/2 the liquid of the salmon. Combine all the ingredients and place in a loaf pan. Bake for 40 minutes in 350 oven.
