Sirloin Casserole

  • 2 lbs. sirloin tip
  • 8 oz. fresh mushrooms
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. water

Preparation

Step 1

Cut frozen meat into strips size of finger and place in bottom of buttered casserole. Slice mushrooms and place on top. Sprinkle with soup mix. Spread mushroom soup over this and pour on 1/4 cup water. Cover and bake at 300 for 3 hours. DO NOT PEEK! Serve over cooked egg noodles, an 8-ounce package of extra wide.
