Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, pound to even thickness (or take a shortcut & buy chicken cutlets)
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp pepper

Step 1
Mix all of the marinade ingredients together and set aside. Put chicken breasts in ziploc bag and pour marinade on top, turning to coat the breasts. Put chicken in refrigerator fo 3-6 hours, turning bag every so often. Grill until meat thermometer registers 165 degrees F.
