Ingredients
- 1 frying chicken, cut up
- 1 c. celery, diced
- 1 c. onion diced
- 6 T. flour
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 3 c. milk
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp. sage
Preparation
Step 1
Fry chicken until brown. Cook celery and onion in the drippings. Make gravy of flour, thyme, sage, milk, a dash of salt, celery and onion. Cook until thickened and pour over chicken. Bake for 1 hour at 350.
