Salmon Patties

  • 1 can Red Sockeye salmon
  • 1 egg
  • 3 T. cracker crumbs
  • 1 sm. onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. celery salt (opt)

Preparation

Step 1

Drain juice and set it aside. Clean salmon. Remove bones and skin from salmon. Break up salmon, egg, onion, cracker crumbs and celery salt. If mixture looks to dry add a little juice so it forms a good patty. Brown in oil until golden brown.
