Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts or chicken parts
- 3 c. wine (can be white or red)
- 1/4 c. butter or oleo
- Pinch salt
- 4 T. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Place chicken in shallow baking dish. Heat wine, Worcestershire and butter to boiling. Pour 1/2 over the chicken. Bake for 1/2 hour at 400. Remove and turn chicken. Add rest of mixture. Cook for 1/2 hour at 400.
One hour may be too long-chicken browns better if covered with foil.
