  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 tsp. black pepper seeds
  • 1 (3 to 4-lb) rump roast
  • 3 c. water

Step 1

Combine all seasonings and spread over beef roast. Add 3 cups water. Cover. Bake for 4 hours at 350.
