Ingredients
- 2 to 3 lbs. country-style ribs
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 2 T. soy sauce
- 1 T. Worcestershire
- 1 T. vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. salt (opt)
- 1 lg. clove garlic or use garlic powder
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients, except ribs. Take each rib and coat with mixture. Place in a foil-lined baking pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and then lower temp to 300 and bake for another hour or until done. Add more sauce during second hour, if desired.
