Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. smoked ham
- 1 egg
- 1 c. milk
- 3/4 lb. lean pork
- 1/2 c. quick-cooking oatmeal
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 c. tomato soup
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- Olives
- Green pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Mix ham, pork, egg, milk, oatmeal and crumbs. Combine tomato soup, celery, olives and green pepper to make the sauce. Make meat mixture into a loaf and cover with sauce. Bake in 300 oven for 1 hour.
