Connie's Beef Stew

Ingredients

  • 1 c. barbecue sauce
  • 3 lbs. beef cubes
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 8 sm. whole potatoes
  • 8 carrots, cut in 1 1/2-inch pieces
  • 2 celery ribs
  • 1 (16-oz) jar sm. onions
  • 1/3 c. cold water
  • 3 T. flour

Preparation

Step 1

Marinate the beef and barbecued sauce for 3 to 5 hours. Cook meat for 1 hour. Add vegetables and cook for 35 to 45 minutes or until tender. Add flour and water to thicken.
