Ingredients
- 1 (3-lb) shoulder roast or other tender cut
- 1 lg. onion, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- Garlic powder to taste
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 (14-oz.) bottle catsup
- 2 T. brown sugar
- 2 T. vinegar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 T. chili powder
- 1 T. paprika
- 2 T. Worcestershire
Preparation
Step 1
Cut meat into cubes. Place meat and all ingredients in crockpot and simmer on low for 8 to 9 hours. Mash meat with a potato masher to shread well. Stir to mix and serve on buns.
