Ingredients
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (2 1/2 to 3-lb.) cut up frying chicken (or boneless, skinless chicken breasts)
- 3/4 c. cubed ham, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 (10 3/4-oz.) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1 (8-oz.) can undrained stewed tomatoes
- 1 lg. onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. basil
Preparation
Step 1
Combine paprika, flour and salt in plastic bag and shake chicken pieces in it. In frying pan, brown chicken in hot oil. Place chicken in bottom of baking dish or pan. In fry pan, combine remaining ingredients, then pour them over the chicken. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for about 1 hour.
