  • 1/2 CUP JUICE FROM THE PEPPERS
  • 1 TSP. GARLIC SALT
  • 1 CUP BEEF BROTH
  • 1 MEDIUM ONION SLICED
  • PROVOLONE CHEESE SLICES
  • HOAGIE BUNS

Step 1

PLACE ROAST IN CROCK POT
POUR BEEF BROTH AND JUICE FROM PEPPERS ON TOP OF ROAST
ADD WHOLE STICKS OF BUTTER TO THE CROCKPOT
TOP WITH REMAINING INGREDIENTS
COOK ON LOW FOR 6-8 HOURS
SHRED BEEF AND RETURN TO JUICES
