Apple Bread

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 med. to lg. apples
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • Chopped nuts (opt.)

Preparation

Step 1

Sift together flour, sugar, soda and salt. Wash and core the apples. Cut in large pieces with peeling on and blend in the bleder with oil and eggs. Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients. Pour into a greased bread pan (or 2 small ones) and bake at 325 to 350 for approximately 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
