Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) bag frozen broccoli pieces
- 1/2 bag frozen cauliflower pieces
- 1 sm. can sliced carrots, drained
- 1/2 bag frozen San Francisco blend vegetables
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 6 slices Swiss cheese, grated
- 1/3 generous c. sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can Durkee French fried onions
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Cook broccoli, cauliflower and San Francisco blend in salted water, until almost tender. Drain very well. Combine all ingredients, except 1/2 of onions and 1/2 of cheese. Pour into 9 x 9-inch pan. Back, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions and back for 5 minutes more, until golden.
