Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg. broccoli
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg. cauliflower
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can french-style green beans
  • 1/2 c. onions, chopped
  • 3 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 lg. can button mushrooms
  • 1 can water chestnuts, sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Boil broccoli and cauliflower as directed. Drain other ingredients. Layer in crockpot, soup, green beans, onions, water chestnuts, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms and cheese. Cook on low heat until cheese is melted and other ingredients warm, usually about 1 to 2 hours.
