Pretzel Jello Salad

  • 1 1/2 sticks oleo
  • 2 2/3 c. coarsley ground pretzels
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. whipped topping
  • 2 (3-oz) pkgs strawberry jello
  • 2 c. hot pineapple juice
  • 2 sm. pkgs. frozen strawberries

Preparation

Step 1

Melt oleo in 9x13-inch pan. Mix ground pretzels. Bake for 10 minutes in 400 degree oven. Cream sugar and cream cheese; spread over crust. Spread whipped topping over crust. Dissolve jello and pineapple juice together and add frozen strawberries. Cool and put on mixture. Chill until firm.
