Potato Cheese Casserole

  • Potatoes, boiled with skins on
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • Velveeta cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 slices white bread or bread crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Cut potatoes in 1-inch chunks. Put into buttered 10x13-inch pan; add generous amount of chunked Velveeta cheese; thoroughly moisten with milk. Season to taste. Put a row of crumbled bread around the edge to keep from boiling over in the oven. Bake covered with foil for 40 minutes at 350 degrees, then uncover and bake until golden brown.
