Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, sm. cubed
- 1 lb marshmallow bits
- 1 can pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1 c. pineapple juice
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 T. flour
- Cool Whip
Preparation
Step 1
Cook dressing; will get like thick pudding. Burns easy so keep bottom of pan scraped while cooking. Cool until cold in refrigerator. When cool, add medium-size Cool Whip to dressing until smooth. Poor over cheese and pineapple marshmallow mixture. Cool for 1 hour before using.
