Mushroom Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 T. flour
  • 2 c. half & half
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Saute mushrooms in butter until golden, about 3 minutes. Stir in half & half; simmer, constantly stirring until thickened.
