Ingredients
- 2 1/2 env. unflavored gelatin
- 2 c. bottled cranberry juice
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 1 c. chopped apple
- 1/2 c. red grapes, quartered and seeded
- 1 orange, sectioned and halved
- 1 c. washed cranberries, minced
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
Step 1
Spinkle gelatin over 1 cup juice in saucepan and let stand for 5 minutes to soften. Stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves. Add sugar and stir to dissolve. Pour into large bowl; add rest of cranberry juice and lemon juice. Place bowl into larger bowl of ice cubes. Stir occasionally until consistency of raw egg whites. Meanwhile prepare apples, grapes, chopped cranberries and nuts. When gelatin begins to thicken, stir in fruits and nuts. Turn into 5 1/2 cup mold (spray first with Pam) and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Unmold by dipping into hot water and turning out onto serving dish.
