Ingredients
- 1 oz Brugal Anejo Rum
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 4 lime wedges
- small handful of mint leaves
- ginger ale to top
Preparation
Step 1
Gently muddle the rum, syrup, lime wedges and mint. Fill glass with ice and mix up ingredients. Fill glass with ginger ale. Finish with a mint sprig.
