Baked Potato with Onion

  • 4 med. baking potatoes, cleaned
  • 1/3 c. margarine or butter
  • 1 lg. onion, sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Cut each onion slice in half across the middle. Cut deep slits through the potatoes at about 1-inch intervals. Insert a 1/2 slice of onion and a bit of butter or margarine in each slit of the potatoes.
