Boo's Peanut Brittle

Ingredients

• 3 C sugar
• 1 C lt corn syrup
• 1/2 C water
• have ready: 3 C salted peanuts,
• 2 buttered cookie sheets
• 2 t baking soda

Preparation

Step 1

Cook sugar, syrup and water in heavy saucepan til boiling, stirring constantly til it reaches temp of 280. Stir in peanuts and raise temp to 300. Remove, add baking soda. Pour into sheets, don't spread. Cool. Break.
