SPINACH DIP

Perfect for parties. Serve either in a bread bowl or as a dip for veggies

Ingredients

  • 1 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1 pkg. Knorr Swiss vegetable soup mix
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 cup light sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Thaw spinach, drain and squeeze out moisture with paper towel. Drain and slice water chestnuts. Mix all ingredients in a cuisinart and then chill.
Suggested Serving:

Hollow out round black bread and pur dip into it. Tear bread into pieces and arrange around bread for dipping.

Place dip in bowl and cut veggies (celery, mucshrooms, peppers, broccolli, cauliflour) and place around for dipping.
