Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons Avocado Cilantro Lime Dressing (see recipe)
- 1 cup black beans, rinsed & dried
- 14 cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 of a red or yellow pepper, chopped
- 1 cup cooked, cold quinoa (60 grams dry)
- 3 cups organic mixed greens
Preparation
Step 1
Place the dressing in the bottom of the jars.
Add the black beans followed by the tomatoes, then the peppers.
Add the quinoa then the greens.
