Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped sage
- 1/4 cup seasoning salt
- 1 tbsp. granulated garlic
- 1 Tbsp. pepper
- 1 tbsp. onion powder
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients in bowl. After turkey has brined for 12 hours, remove, pat dry, place turkey in roasting pan, rub with dry rub and roast turkey.
