Ingredients
- 1 gal. cold water
- 1 cup kosher salt
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 15 ea. sage leaves
- 6 cloves garlic

Step 1
Mix all ingredients in 3-gal. bucket, stir till dissolved. Place turkey in brine, place in refrigerator for 12 hrs.
