Turkey Brine

Ingredients

  • 1 gal. cold water
  • 1 cup kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 15 ea. sage leaves
  • 6 cloves garlic

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in 3-gal. bucket, stir till dissolved. Place turkey in brine, place in refrigerator for 12 hrs.
