Ingredients
- 4 thinly sliced cucumbers
- 1 large red onion, sliced
- 1 large green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 cups white vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon celery flakes
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Add all ingredients together. Mix well.
This is a great summer salad. It can stay in the fridge up to 2 months.
