  • 6 Slices Bread
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 4 oz. Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 6 Slices Bacon



Step 1

Cut crusts off 6 slices of bread; cut each slice in half. Toast lightly. Whip egg whites until stiff. Fold in 4 oz. of grated Parmesan cheese. Spread over the toasted squares. Place a strip of fried bacon on top of each square. Place in the oven for a few minutes until puffed and golden brown. Serve immediately.
