Peach Pie

9 inch un baked pie shell

Ingredients

• 1 egg beaten
• 2 Tablespoons flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 cups fresh peaches
• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
• CRUMBS
• 2 Tablespoons butter
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 2 Tablespoons flour

Preparation

Step 1

mix egg, flour, sugar and peaches together
pour into unbaked pie shell and cover with crumbs
bake 15 minutes at 425*
then reduce heat o 350* and bake for 30 minutes longer
