  • 1-2 tbsp. Cacao Powder
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/4 Avocado
  • 2 tbsp. Hemp or Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup Water or Coconut Water (can substitute coconut milk for creamier texture)
  • 1 tsp. Maca Powder (Optional)
