Ingredients
- pork chops (center cut)bone in
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1/2 large shallot, chopped
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 chicken broth
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon butter
- garnish with fresh parsley leaves

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat large skillet, add oil. Salt and pepper pork chops and add to pan. Cook 6 to 8 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. Reduce heat and add garlic and shallot to pan. Add wine and cook for 2 minutes. Add broth and simmer for 10 minutes, until pork chops are done. Remove from heat and take pork chops from pan. Stir in butter and mustard.
