Overnight Cherry-Almond Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 4 cups vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup steel-cut oats
  • 1 cup dried cherries
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

In a 3-qt. slow cooker coated with cooking spray, combine all ingredients. Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours or until milk is absorbed. Yield: 6 servings.
