Pistachio cake

Ingredients

• 1 yellow cake mix
• 4 eggs
• 2 T water
• 1/4 C oil
• 1 C sour cream
• 1 t almond
• 3 oz pkg instant pistachio pudding
• few drops green food coloring

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients thoroughly. Bake at 350 degrees in 2 small loaf pans for 40 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
