PB & J Wonder Whip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain 0% greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. (heaping) powdered peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup fibre one cereal
  • honey or stevia to taste.

Preparation

Step 1

Whip it up well, and top with sliced grapes or strawberries.
If you're dairy-free, go for almond milk yogurt (it offers more protein than coconut milk yogurt). It tastes so creamy and decadent!
