Ingredients

  • 3 beaten egg yolks
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. pineapple juice
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • dash salt
  • 2 cups drained , pitted bing cherries drained
  • 2 cups pineapple tidbits drained
  • 1 can mandarin oranges drained
  • 2 cups mini marshmellows
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped

Preparation

Step 1

cook yolks, sugar vinegar pineapple juice butter and salt in a double boiler until thick, let cool.

combine sauce with fruit and marshmellows, then fold in whipped cream. refrigerate overnight...
