Peppermint Mocha Coffee

Ingredients

  • 6 cups freshly brewed coffee
  • 4 squares (1oz each) semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 1/2 cup hot milk
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract (peppermint schnapps)
  • 6 peppermint sticks

Preparation

Step 1

1. Pour coffee into large saucepan. Add chocolate; cook on low heat for 5 mins or until chocolate is melted, stirring occasionally.

2. Add milk and extract (or schnapps); stir until well blended. Garnish each serving with a peppermint stick.
