Ingredients
- 1/2 cup EVOO
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon chopped rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds beef sirloin, cubed
- 6 sturdy rosemary sprigs
Preparation
Step 1
In medium bowl, combine EVOO, garlic, chopped rosemary and salt and pepper. Add beef sirloin cubes; refrigerate and let marinate 15 minutes. Thread meat onto sturdy rosemary sprigs, piercing with stem end. Over medium-high heat, grill meat, turning once, 8 to 10 minutes for medium-rare.
