Cheesy Garlic Basil Talapia

Ingredients
- 6 Tilapia fillets, 4-6oz
- 1-2 Tablespoons Basil
- 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced Lemon Peel
- 1/4 cup White wine
- ground white Pepper, to taste
- kosher style Flake Salt, to taste
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1/2 Cup fresh Basil Leaves
- 6 Tablespoons grated Asiago Cheese(divided)(or sub parmesean)

Step 1
Preheat oven 355.
In small bowl combine: dry basil,garlic, lemon peel and wine; let soak 5 minutes.
Arrange fish in a baking dish. Pour the spice mixture over top. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Dot fish with butter and top with fresh basil. Sprinkle with (4) Tablespoons or cheese.
Bake@ 355 for 15 - 25 minutes or til flakes easily with fork. Do not overcook! Sprinkle with remaining 2 Tablespoons of cheese.
