Bourbon and Cracked Pepper Marinated Beef

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp. tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. molasses
  • 1/2 tsp. each: salt and coarse black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Let cool.

Marinate steak for at least 24 hours if possible.
