Step 1
Make honey syrup of 1 c honey and 1/3 c hot water and stir until completely mixed. Use immediately or can store and refrigerate up to 5 days. In a shaker add 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice, 3/4 oz honey syrup and 2 oz bourbon. Strain into rocks glass.
