Ingredients

• 2 c flour
• 1 cbutter
• 2 x8oz pkg cr cheese
• 2 (4oz)pkg instant lemon pudding mix
• 31/2 c milk
• 1 x 12 oz frozen cool whip

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350 deg
2. In med bowl,combine flour and butter using pastry cutter until all forms
3. Press into bottom of 9x13 dish
4.bake for 25 min- remove when lightly golden
5.beat cr cheese andsugar until smooth- spread over cooled crust
6.whisk pudding mix and milk for 3-5 min
7. Spread over cheese layer
8. Chill until set then top w cool whip

Alternative: use Keebler shortbread ready crust instead of orig crust
